Payment-verification ceremony · Ingenious AI
We don't detect deepfakes.
We make them unable to move your money.
WireWatch is the payment-verification ceremony for small-business finance teams. New vendors, changed bank details, or payment instructions arriving over email, WhatsApp, or voice enter a mandatory hold — verified by an out-of-band callback to the known-good number on file, dual approval on separate devices, and released into a hash-chained audit ledger.
Start free — 10 holds/month How the ceremony works
Full bank account numbers. WireWatch stores a SHA-256 hash of the account and routing digits plus the masked display form you type — enough to verify a change, never enough to move money.
One person can never release alone. A callback to the known-good number on file plus two approvers on two devices — every time, no exceptions for urgency.
The ceremony
- Hold. A deterministic rules engine scores every instruction — amount × beneficiary-novelty × channel × urgency. Anything suspicious holds. A single strong signal is enough.
- Callback. Your team calls the known-good number on file — never the number in the message — and records it as evidence.
- Dual approval. Two different people, on two different devices, approve. One person can never release alone.
- Release. The payment releases into a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail your insurer will love.
Why now
In October 2026, AI-cloned voices stole €120 million from three Italian lenders — one bank's chairman resigned. The attack pattern is always the same: a "CEO" on WhatsApp, a synthetic voice, urgency, a new beneficiary. Detection tools race the clones. WireWatch doesn't play that game — the ceremony makes the clone irrelevant.
What WireWatch does NOT do
- It never tries to detect AI-cloned voices or deepfakes.
- It never claims your bank account is "verified real" — that's your bank's job.
- It is not a regulatory certification or legal advice.
- It is a process control: it enforces the ceremony, and the ceremony is what stops the wire.
